English Language and Arts Education​

Ellen has been teaching English as her main activity along with some consulting services on curriculum development for kindergartens, and teacher training since graduating with a Master degree in English and Language Arts Education in 2005.

​

According to Ellen, studying at Boston University School of Education has helped her a lot in improving her skills in teaching English as well as equipping her with important knowledge on educational aspects such as classroom assessment and constructing teaching material. Ellen has been using her gained learning by visiting some places in different regions in Indonesia to do some teachers training both in urban and rural settings. Ellen has also been using her skills to work on curriculum development for few small preschools and kindergartens including those which are supervised by the local government.
