Indonesia needs more dedicated and capable educators to improve education quality in Indonesia. The Kelly Elizabeth Stephens Memorial Scholarship (KESSA) provides an opportunity for Indonesian educators to develop themselves by pursuing a Master's Degree at Boston University.



Bellow is an information regarding the scholarship's requirements and expectations. If you are eligible and have a passion for Indonesian education, please apply.

Requirements:
1. Indonesian citizens who are educators and committed to improving Indonesian education.
2. Admitted to Boston University School of Education to pursue a Master's degree (MEd Master of Education).

3. Submit an essay along with graduate application explaining reasons to study at Boston University School of Education, how the scholarship would help achieve your goals, and plans for achievement in the decade following graduation.
4. In need of financial assistance.

1. Upon completing studies at BU SED, be willing to return to Indonesia in order to apply and share what has been learned or acquired.

2. Kelly Stephens scholars, also known as Kessa-ers, are expected to give positive contributions to education in Indonesia.
