Mathematics Education

Dicky is currently an educational consultant in Indonesia working with local schools, both public and private, in curriculum development and teacher training, and also train faculty members in pedagogy.  He was recently recruited by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) to be involved in reviewing and revising the Indonesian National Curriculum (Kurikulum 2013), and train provincial instructors in implementation of the revised curriculum.

His past experience includes 1) teaching secondary mathematics, teaching prospective elementary and middle school teachers, and graduate students in mathematics education, 2) conducting research in mathematics education, and 3) developing online professional development courses for teachers.
